Lending disclosure

We are not a lender

Paybridgely, operated by [COMPANY NAME], does not make loans or credit decisions and is not a broker, agent or representative of any lender. We do not guarantee that you will receive an offer, the amount of any offer, or its terms.

Referrals and compensation

We share the information you submit with participating lenders, lending networks and other partners. We may be paid when we refer your request. Partners may contact you about your request.

Credit checks

Lenders may verify your information and check your credit with one or more consumer reporting agencies, including Experian, Equifax and TransUnion. A hard inquiry may affect your credit score.

Rates, fees and terms

Loan amounts, APRs, fees, repayment periods and funding times are set by each lender and vary by lender, state and your information. Short-term and payday-style loans can carry APRs well above 36%, in some cases several hundred percent. Read the lender's disclosures and agreement before you accept.

Late or missed payments

If you do not pay on time, the lender may charge late or returned-payment fees, your bank may charge fees, the lender may report the missed payment to credit bureaus, and the account may be sent to collections, in line with the lender's terms and applicable law.

State availability

Not all lenders operate in every state, and some states restrict or prohibit certain loans. Submitting a request does not mean a loan is available where you live.

Military borrowers

Under the federal Military Lending Act, covered active-duty servicemembers and their dependents are protected from consumer credit with a military APR above 36%. Lenders determine eligibility.
